3 Key Supplements That Fight Stress

Has the economy crisis got you more stressed out than normal? How about the decision over who you are going to vote for in this years presidential race. Are you wondering if the company that you work for is going to be able to stay a float in this economy? What are your thoughts on the War in Iraq that seems to have no end to it? These are just a few of the more pressing issues that are in the news lately all day and everyday. So what can we do to combat all these things going on around us that are stressing us out to the max. For those of us that are pretty good at handling our stress and know what works for us, we just may need to give those things a little extra attention. Perhaps a few more minutes on the treadmill or some extra quite time in the morning.

For other people those of us that are already at our max for handling stress in a day we may need to look into some natural supplements to help us cope with this high tension world. If that’s the case here are a few suggestions for natural supplements that have gotten some good result for helping people deal with stress. SAMe is a popular amino acid that is produced naturally in the body. It has shown a lot of evidence in clinical trials as having a positive effect on depression. A natural supplement mood enhancer you might say. Another very good natural supplement that has also been proven to have positive results with moods and depression is 5-HTP which actually works in your body to increase the level of serotonin. Serotonin is a chemical in your body that works to balance your emotions, appetite, sleep and behaviors. The last supplement that I will mention here is a might little vitamin called B. Vitamin B is a powerful vitamin that you do no want to be short on. B works to promote cell growth increase your metabolism enhance your immune and nervous systems plus it helps in the fight against stress, heart disease and depression.

    This was a great post! It peeked my interest and now I’m going to have to study up on these things.

    Of course, none of these will solve are problems, but anything that can help releive the stress of the current economy, etc., has just got to be a good thing.
